Chef owners Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson - the ex-Balthasar duo behind Tribeca hot spot Frenchette - earned four stars from New York Times critic Pete Wells at Le Rock, bringing their elevated takes on brasserie fare and some much needed downtown energy to a historically snoozy part of town.
