A Midden Hospitality venture conceived by Arley Marks with Sarah Meyohas and designed by Jonathan Mosca, this space occupies the entire third floor of a historic pre-war building dating back to 1894. Surrounded by the city’s top restaurants, shops, and the newest gallery district downtown, 102 Franklin features a professional chef’s kitchen, an open floor plan, and artisan Venetian plaster finishes.
